With this option, our yoga teacher comes to your location in Paramaribo and gives a yoga coaching session of 75 minutes. During the session you will learn how to use a combination of movement, breathing exercises and meditation to release tension from the body and relieve stress, reduce anxiety and fatigue. You will receive tools that you can implement daily to create space and relax and reset the nervous system.

This 3 month programme is designed to help you look and feel your best. The programme begins with an in-depth consultation to discuss your completed health questionnaire, including your health history to date, an analysis of your current diet, eating and lifestyle habits, as well as an overview of medications and nutritional supplements if applicable. Each session is tailored to your personal needs. A session always starts with a consultation and is followed by the following elements (not all in 1 session): movement, breathing exercises, meditation, reiki healing, EFT, chanting / voice activation.
