We will combine 3 healing practices in the exquisite and rejuvenating natural environment of Peperpot Natuur Park to revitalize the body, nourish the soul and calm the mind. Together, we will focus our attention on being by using: - Yoga: yoking body and mind to create present-moment awareness - Meditation: cultivating concentration and empathy - Earthing: connecting to the earth's natural energy We close off the retreat with a healthy vegan brunch. 👣 Why practice earthing? Earthing, also known as grounding, allows people to directly connect their bodies with the Earth and use its natural electric charges to stabilize them. This practice involves walking barefoot outdoors. Earthing can positively impact the mind. Earthing research suggests reduced pain, stress, and inflammation and an improvement of overall mental well-being. This technique restores the connection between the body and the electrical currents of the earth. There are signs that an earthing practice will benefit your life.
